What it looks like

The gesture stays the same, the count becomes reliable
At the door, the student shows their QR code and you scan it: attendance is recorded and one class is deducted from their card. If they have no credit left, they still come in - their balance simply switches to “to be settled”, and settles itself at their next payment.
A student hands you cash at the end of class? You enter the amount received, even partial. The card is credited once fully paid, and every payment stays on record: no more “I'll pay you next week” lost along the way.
Your students, meanwhile, no longer need to ask you where they stand: their balance, card validity and attendance are right in their pocket.
Pilot programme: the 2026/2027 season
The school module is recent: we're opening it to a few pilot schools for the 2026/2027 season. Throughout the pilot phase, the tool is free - 0% commission until the end of 2026 - and we set everything up for you: your classes, your plans, your accounts.
In return, you tell us what works and what's missing: that's what shapes what comes next. And you can stop whenever you want, taking your data with you.
How do you get your money?
Your money never passes through Media Luna. Online payments go straight to a Stripe account in your name - set up in fifteen minutes, with your IBAN - and Stripe automatically transfers the funds to your bank account, at the pace you choose. The Media Luna commission is deducted at source (0% during the pilot); what remains are Stripe's processing fees, around 1.5% plus €0.25 per online payment, like a card terminal.
What about cash payments?
Cash never passes through anyone: it stays in your pocket, with no fees at all. Media Luna simply keeps count - who paid what, when, and what's left to collect on a card paid in instalments.
What about your students' data?
You remain in charge of your students' data; Media Luna hosts it on your behalf, in Europe, and never sells it or uses it elsewhere. If you leave, your data is returned to you.
Also running workshops or milongas?
Your Tuesday classes and your spring workshop don't need two tools. Classes run on class cards and attendance; workshops and milongas run on registrations and payments. And you keep a single place to track it all.
